Rainbow Day on Friday, March 8! Our food service provider, OPAA, received a grant to organize a Rainbow Day at WME. Students will get to try different fruits and veggies and have a chance to build a rainbow. Best rainbow gets a slushy party for their class.

We’re going to celebrate both events with some dress-up days: Tuesday—Enjoy Breakfast & a Book in Bed (pajama day) Wednesday—Seeing Double with Books & Breakfast (Twin day; PK-dress like Sneetches) Thursday—Crazy about Books and Breakfast (Crazy hair day) Friday—Red Carpet Reading & Rainbow Day (dress in your class color—K-Red; 1st-Orange; 2nd-Yellow; 3rd-Green; 4th-Blue; 5th-Purple; 6th-??; PK-dress like animals)

March is National Reading Month! WME will celebrate on March 8 with our 2nd Annual Red Carpet Reading event. Students are asked to dress as their favorite UNFORGETTABLE character and walk the red carpet! Students will be treated to some guests reading books about unforgettable characters.
