Wellsville-Middleton Elementary School kicked off Kids Heart Challenge today!!! In P.E., students will be learning how to be heart healthy and how to help others with sick hearts. 1 out of 3 Americans are affected by heart disease, America’s #1 killer. We are encouraging students to go online and take the Kids Heart Challenge and pledge to be heart healthy, as well as help us earn P.E. equipment. Today was the Annual Christmas Dinner at WME! Teachers decorated the gym in the morning, then served students their holiday feast! As near as I can find out, this WME tradition is at least 40 years old! A kindergartner said, "This is the most specialist day ever!"
